Hi, my name is Anne-Marie Olson. I’m also known as AMO (my initials) and as The Bulldog Realtor (because I get it done)!
I was born in the Sunnyslope area of Phoenix, Arizona and am a 4th generation Phoenix native. Growing up, my family bounced between apartments almost every year and I dreamed of living in a house with a backyard and my own bedroom. I was always obsessed with the distinctive homes in the North Phoenix neighborhoods. I’m proud to say I have been a homeowner in Moon Valley for 25 years now, one of the neighborhoods I dreamed about as a child.
After a successful and demanding corporate career in marketing, technology, and management, with teams across the globe, I left so that I could follow my passion for homes and real estate. I am obsessed with helping people achieve their home dreams like I did. Owning my own business allows me to directly make a difference in people’s lives, including in my community, where I am dedicated to giving back. How incredible that I could only dream of living in the Moon Valley neighborhood and now I am making a difference there!
My experiences in the corporate world inspired me to change the way most realtors do business with their clients. I look forward to describing The Bulldog Way to you and how it will help you achieve your real estate dreams.
I LOVE KIDS, especially my son, Toren. I am a recent empty nester and experiencing a different type of relationship with him that fills my heart. He is fiercely independent and started his own handyman business in high school. He currently lives in an apartment with a roommate but plans to purchase a home within 2 years.
I have two dogs: Winnie, the sheepdog rescue and Frank, the Olde English Bulldog. They give me more love than I deserve and make my home feel like I still have teenagers living their full time.
I LOVE ARIZONA. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t live here. We have so much good: Lakes, skiing, culture, perpetual sunshine, and the beach is only a 5-hour drive away. We don’t have hurricanes, earthquakes, or tornadoes (well, we do have the occasional haboob).
